One of the greatest OmniChem strengths is its workplace coaching program, which is done right where the cleaning and sanitizing tasks are performed. This coaching is done informally during our experts’ visits, or in a more formal manner, in compliance with a pre-planned schedule.
We then take all the time that is necessary to listen to the employees in order to provide them with the most valuable advice possible. Your staff can better understand the cleaning and sanitizing activities, and perform these activities with a quicker and safer technique, for optimal performance.

Over the years, we have established formal conference room training programs, with visual presentations and other teaching materials in all areas of food safety. Here are the titles of these courses:
