SARL OMNICHEM recently acquired an industrial site with an area of 806 m2 located in the business area of Kolea, about fifty km from central Algiers. This area accommodates many companies, including some agrifood corporations. Among these, we find BEL ALGERIE, maker of LA VACHE QUI RIT products.

This vast land has been purchased equity, with no bank loan. The cost of this acquisition is 14 million dinars or $ 200 000 CDN. According to the quotes already received, the total construction cost could reach around 12 million dinars ($ 170,000 CDN).

The manufacturing unit will consist of 4 distinct sections:

1 - The production area:
This section will be located on the building ground floor. It will occupy an area of 392m2.

2 - The office space:
Located on the building's first floor, 4 employees will share this workspace. In addition to this, a reception area will be built to accommodate visitors.

3- The quality control laboratory:
This space will also be located on the first floor, right into the production area. This section will make possible a very efficient quality control on all our products.

4- Warehousing area :
Also located within the production area, this section will provide greater accessibility to all products.
